How do I order?

Choose your screens and press Checkout, or tap the WhatsApp button on any product. Your order opens in WhatsApp, ready to send. We confirm it, then send a card payment link or an invoice. Nothing is charged until we confirm. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp, +44 7464 282775, or email sales@emcscreens.com.

What sizes do you sell, and how much?

32″ £450, 40″ £600, 43″ £650 and 55″ £850 per screen. They are commercial screens with a 3-year warranty for business use. Each comes with power leads and a remote, and plays your menu from USB straight out of the box. Delivery is free across the UK.

USB or phone updates, what's the difference?

USB plug and play has no monthly fee: your menu runs from a USB stick and we send a new file when prices change. Phone or computer updates cost £20 a month per screen and let you change the menu yourself, any time.

Are mounting and fitting included?

No. Wall brackets, ceiling kits, floor stands and fitting are not included in the screen price, because every wall and ceiling is different. Tick them on your quote and we'll send a fixed price before anything is booked. We fit across SE London and Kent, usually after you close.

Do you design the menu?

Yes, as a separate service with its own price list. Send us your current menu and we'll quote. You approve the design before it goes on screen.

Do you make LED or printed menu boards?

Yes. EMC Glow is a backlit LED light box menu and EMC Print is a printed wall menu on rigid aluminium board. Both are made to measure and priced on quote. Both can have changeable price tiles, so you can update a price without reprinting. See them here.

Will a window screen work in the sun?

A standard screen can look dim in direct sunlight. For sunny windows we recommend a high-brightness display, priced on quote.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer once we confirm your order. You get an invoice with every order. You can pay by card or bank transfer once you approve the quote.

What if the internet goes down?

USB screens don't need internet at all. Screens with phone updates keep showing your last menu, and changes sync as soon as the connection is back.
